Terms of Service

By accessing or using MB Workspace (the "Service"), operated by MB Academy USA, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

MB Workspace is an intelligent productivity platform that provides focus sessions, an AI assistant ("Sara"), a productivity club, knowledge tools, voice features, and community features designed to help users achieve real output.

You must create an account to access most features. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
• Upload malicious code or content that violates third-party rights.

When participating in the Productivity Club, community channels, or any shared space, you must treat other members with respect. Harassment, hate speech, spam, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the community.

Sara, our AI assistant, provides automated suggestions and content. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it for important decisions. The AI assistant does not provide legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.

The Productivity Club provides live focus sessions and community interaction. Participation is voluntary. We do not guarantee specific productivity outcomes, business results, or income, and any session may be recorded, rescheduled, or cancelled at our discretion.

All MB Workspace branding, software, and content are owned by MB Academy USA or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you upload (such as CVs, notes, or voice recordings) and grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the Service for you.

If paid features are introduced, applicable fees, billing cycles, and refund terms will be presented at checkout. Failure to pay may result in suspension of paid features. Taxes may apply based on your location.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MB Academy USA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or for security or legal reasons. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision.
